Give language to the thoughts and feelings you’ve kept to yourself — the ones that feel hard to say out loud. Sometimes clarity begins simply by naming what’s been sitting quietly underneath the surface.

Space to reflect (without pressure)
This is meant to take 5–10 minutes a day. That’s it.
By the end of the 5 days, you may:
See your patterns more clearly
Feel validated in ways you haven’t before
Understand why you feel so tired
Start questioning what you’ve been carrying
Feel a shift (even if it’s small)
And sometimes, that’s where real change begins.
